("we," "us," or "our") — a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, doing business as The Healthspan Home. Ice And Snow Media Inc. is the seller of record for all purchases made on this website and is your sole point of contact for all order inquiries, returns, and customer support.
Sales & Shipping Region: We sell and ship only to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our network of U.S.-based suppliers and manufacturers on our behalf.

The Healthspan Home is an independent online retailer operated by Ice And Snow Media Inc. We are not a manufacturer. Products are curated and sourced from trusted third-party U.S.-based suppliers and manufacturers. We do not stock, handle, or ship products from our own facilities.
Direct from Supplier to Consumer: When you place an order, it is transmitted to our U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer partner, who fulfills and ships the order directly to your delivery address on our behalf. Ice And Snow Media Inc. acts as the seller of record and is your point of contact for all order inquiries, returns, and support. To complete your order, we share necessary information (such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details) with our fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Because orders are fulfilled through our supplier network, approved returns must be shipped to the designated U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our Canadian business address. We manage all return and refund communications on your behalf. Return instructions provided upon approval will include the correct U.S. return address.

3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The customer wishes to return an unwanted item within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories included
Used or installed products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged on arrival.
4. How to Start a Return

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision and return instructions.
- If approved, ship the item to the U.S.-based return address provided in your return instructions within 7 days of approval.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
⚠️ Important: Do not ship returns to our Canadian business address. Approved returns must be sent to the designated U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer return facility. The correct return address will be provided in your approval email. Returns shipped to the wrong address may be delayed or denied.
5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund total.
- No restocking fee applies to items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
- If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to availability.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions in Section 3. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved at the supplier or manufacturer return facility.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer partner to arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies to these cases.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items reported outside the applicable return or damage window
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products (unless sealed and unused)
- Gift cards and downloadable digital items
- Items that have been used or installed (unless defective on arrival)
10. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled before shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process above.

11. Consumer Rights
