📦 Fulfillment & Business Model Disclosure
The Healthspan Home is an independent online retailer operated by Ice And Snow Media Inc. We are not a manufacturer. Products are curated and sourced from trusted third-party U.S.-based suppliers and manufacturers. We do not stock, handle, or ship products from our own facilities.
Direct from Supplier to Consumer: When you place an order, it is transmitted to our U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer partner, who fulfills and ships the order directly to your delivery address on our behalf. Ice And Snow Media Inc. acts as the seller of record and is your point of contact for all order inquiries, shipping questions, returns, and support. To complete your order, we share necessary information (such as your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details) with our fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Because orders ship directly from our U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer partners, approved returns must be shipped to the designated U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our Canadian business address. Return instructions provided upon approval will include the correct U.S. return address.
2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
- We may not be able to ship to certain remote areas or addresses that cannot accept standard carrier delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes if the selected carrier cannot deliver to them. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address.

3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all eligible orders shipped within the United States, unless stated otherwise on a product page or at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Total delivery time is typically 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This includes order handling time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Some products may require additional processing time or ship from different fulfillment locations within our supplier network. If an item requires extra time, the product page or checkout will display an estimated delivery timeframe, which will take precedence over the general estimate above.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer partners via trusted carriers selected based on the destination, package size, weight, and fulfillment method. Carriers may include:

7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the estimated window, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
- Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally experience delays.
- Contact us at support@thehealthspanhome.com or 888-404-3870 and we will assist with a carrier or supplier follow-up and next steps.
7.2 Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or with building management.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace or claim.
7.3 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please act within 48 hours of delivery:
- Photograph the outer packaging (before opening if possible) and the damaged item.

8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- The name or description of the missing item
- A photo of what was received (if helpful)
We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to ship the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, subject to our return conditions. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Because products are fulfilled directly by our U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer partners, approved returns must be shipped to the designated U.S.-based supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our Canadian business address. Return instructions provided upon approval will include the correct U.S. return address.
- Return shipping: Customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
- Restocking fee: 25% of the product price applies to approved non-defective returns.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.

10. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrectly entered address.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply. If reshipment is not possible, a refund may be issued minus any applicable fees.
